What services do I have access to?

Members have access to all our services, allowing for a customized experience that adapts to your family's needs

What if I need more than the plan hours from my COO?

We get it - your needs change, so we have plans that change with it! For those extra months that require extra support (think upcoming vacation around the corner, big graduation party next month) boost plans are available to increase your dedicated COO time.

Are there any additional costs?

Our seamless set-up requires a one-time charge of $200. This includes your onboarding call, all administration to set up your project management system, calendar sharing and payment systems, as well as full subscriber access to the project management system for the life of your subscription.

Boost packages for extra hours are charged in 5 hour increments, at $300 per boost. The hours can be used within a 2 month period before they expire. These are completely optional and are never charged without your permission.

How do I contact my COO when I need something?

Your COO is available for you via call, text, email or project management messaging system as your needs arise. We guarantee a prompt response time to ensure that we take that To-Do off your plate as soon as possible!

What if I need to cancel?

Both our plans allow you the flexibility to cancel at any time, with notice. For monthly plans, we have a 30-day cancellation notice and for quarterly plans we have a 90-day cancellation notice. This means you complete one final billing cycle before your account is canceled, allowing us to tie up any loose ends and leave you in the best place for continued success after our services.
