By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Use of the Services

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial household use only.
You agree not to:

Share access or login information with anyone outside your household.
Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our Site or Services.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that infringes on others’ rights.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violating these Terms.

6. Third-Party Tools

We integrate with trusted third-party platforms, including:

Stripe (for payment processing)
Go High Level (for communication and automation)
Google Workspace (for scheduling, document management, and coordination)

These services have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for third-party errors, outages, or misuse of your data that occur outside our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and software — is the property of Virtual Home COO LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
While we strive to offer reliable support, we make no guarantees that the Site or Services will always be available, error-free, or meet your exact expectations.

Our team provides organizational and coordination support only — not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on our suggestions or materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Home COO LLC and its team members are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Loss of time, data, profits, or opportunities;
Issues caused by third-party platforms (Stripe, Google, Go High Level, etc.).

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription during the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us in writing.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services immediately ends.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service changes or legal updates. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
